Job summary

Osmo is seeking a fragrance compounder to join our production team. You will weigh, measure, and blend raw materials to produce fragrance formulations, following batch sheets and formulas. The ideal candidate has fragrance production experience and a keen mathematical eye.

You will ensure quality and safety, operate mixing tanks and scales, monitor material stocks, and support a fast-paced environment. Osmo offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and equity in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fragrance/flavor compounding.
• Extreme attention to accuracy when measuring and blending.
• Basic knowledge of lab equipment.
• Trained sensory nose with olfactive familiarity.
• Pass a sensory acuity screening.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fragrance compounding per formulas and batch sheets.
• Quality control of raw materials and report discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain production equipment per SOPs.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Monitor inventory and notify shortages.
