RevPartners is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and implement scalable revenue systems using HubSpot and Clay. You will translate business strategies into technical execution, building automations, integrations, and CRM architectures that power modern GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced HubSpot experience with practical, hands-on implementation.
• Working knowledge of Clay for data modeling and automation.
• Experience designing scalable CRM architectures and automation.
• Experience in fast-paced consulting, agency, or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and GTM strategies into scalable technical solutions using HubSpot, Clay, and the GTM tech stack.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, integrations, and CRM architecture for scalable revenue operations.
• Ensure data quality, enrichment, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation across systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Delivery teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
