CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will lead a small team of analysts and collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

The role emphasizes transforming financial data with cloud-based tools, automated pipelines, and advanced modeling to support accurate reporting and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis for large datasets.
• 3+ years of Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs; manage analysts.
• Partner with Data Eng and Tech to design scalable data solutions in the cloud.
• Develop data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliations to improve data quality.
