Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to provide insights that guide strategy and improve enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python with large data sets for decisions.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting and variance.
• Experience leading analytics or finance teams with cross‑functional partners.
• Experience with data quality controls, governance, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebates.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Tech to design scalable data solutions on GCP.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliations.
• Define data requirements, governance standards, and business rules.
• Use SQL, Python, and cloud tools to transform and analyze large datasets.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization with Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku.
