CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics while partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology.

You will lead a small team of analysts, transform financial data in cloud environments, and drive data governance and automation to improve reporting and decision support across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or BI experience.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Excel and financial modeling for forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience leading analytics or finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data quality controls and governance standards.

Mansioni

• Lead accurate financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebates.
• Partner with Data Engineering/Tech to design scalable data solutions on Google Cloud.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Define data requirements, business rules, and governance to support forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud tools to transform and analyze large data sets.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, and Looker.
