Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive strategic decision making.

You will guide data transformation initiatives in the cloud, build automated pipelines, and mentor a small team of analysts while delivering on governance and reporting standards across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling; forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs; oversee analysts.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Tech to design scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud.
• Develop automated data pipelines, data validation, and reconciliation to improve data quality.
• Collaborate to define data requirements, business rules, and governance for rebates.
• Use SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools to transform and analyze large data sets for FP&A.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization via Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
