CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology to drive actionable insights and enterprise performance.

You will champion data transformations, automated pipelines, and governance across cloud platforms to improve reporting quality and decision support. A small team of analysts will report to you.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analytics experience.
• Strong SQL/Python and data analysis skills on large datasets.
• Experience building reporting/visualization in cloud environments.

Mansioni

• Lead accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Deliver analyst work products with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Tech teams to design scalable financial data solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
