Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, BI, and Technology.

The role combines financial acuity with data-driven decision making and leadership of a small analyst team. You will transform financial data using cloud technologies, automated pipelines, and advanced modeling to improve reporting, governance, and efficiency across

Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A, analytics, BI, or related area.
3+ years SQL/Python with large datasets.
3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasts and budgets.
Experience leading analytics or finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience implementing data quality controls and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Develop automated data pipelines, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Define data requirements, business rules, and governance for rebate reporting.
Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud tools to transform and analyze data.
Support enterprise reporting and visualization with Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
