Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. This role leads forecasting, budgeting, rebate analytics, and data transformation across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology.

You will guide financial strategy, reporting accuracy, and resource allocation while managing a small analytics team. You will champion transforming financial data using cloud-based pipelines, automated processes, and advanced modeling to improve decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accruals and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design and maintain scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, data validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve data quality.
• Collaborate to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for rebate forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to transform and analyze large datasets for financial planning.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization via Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
