Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions and enterprise performance.

You will drive data transformation, automated pipelines, and governance to support accurate reporting and decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or BI.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and large dataset analysis.
• Experience in Excel and financial modeling for forecasting/budgeting.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals with cross-functional partners.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation, and governance.
• Experience building reporting/visualization in cloud analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery.
• Healthcare/PBM/rebate analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analyses for rebates.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design and maintain scalable financial data solutions in GCP.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and governance standards for rebates reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python and cloud-native tools to transform and analyze large data sets for planning.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery and Dataiku.
