Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) invites applications for a technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry projects, shaping architecture, security, reliability, and performance across engineering teams.

You will mentor engineers, promote reusable patterns, review designs, oversee production support, and align technical delivery with business goals and long-term stewardship.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and management to balance speed and quality, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts preferred.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Travel: this position requires <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards and patterns across Foundry projects.
• Guide Foundry enablement and deployment patterns.
• Review complex designs and code, identify technical risks.
• Mentor engineers and promote consistent engineering practices.
• Plan cross-project technical work with product owners and architects.
• Provide production support and escalate complex issues.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to business and leadership.
