Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to drive Palantir Foundry-based solutions, guide architecture, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

You will mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, review designs, and collaborate with product owners and managers to align delivery with business goals while providing production support and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience with enterprise applications or platform-based solutions; eight years preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Proven ability to review designs, mentor engineers, and improve engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Technical direction and leadership for Palantir applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards, patterns, testing expectations, and documentation across Foundry projects.
• Guide Foundry enablement and ensure consistent deployment patterns and security.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability through knowledge sharing.
• Cross-project planning and dependency management with product owners and architects.
• Provide production support and lead root-cause analysis for escalations.
• Communicate technical options and tradeoffs clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
