Job summary

Footprint is hiring for a role that partners across data, sales, and finance to optimize our go-to-market and compliance-focused platforms. You will map data sources, negotiate vendor terms, and own the CRM and reporting to improve deal velocity and accuracy.

You will also lead pricing and market analysis, drive headcount planning, and shape future strategy with executives. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of analytical work under real-time pressure.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can run vendor calls and write recommendations.
• Intellectually curious with ability to learn new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own data integration from multiple sources, including vendor relationships and contracts.
• Lead Revenue Operations: clean CRM, set usage standards, build reporting.
• Improve Sales efficiency by reducing process waste and speeding deals.
• Develop go-to-market analytics: CAC, LTV, pipeline attribution, monthly dashboards.
• Handle high-priority, ambiguous projects across pricing, market analysis, partnerships.
• Oversee Finance operations: AR/AP, headcount planning, budgeting forecasting.
