Socure is seeking a senior leader to head GTM for fintech, driving growth across startup and fintech customers. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build and lead a high-performing team, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Account Management to deliver compelling solutions and achieve aggressive bookings targets.

• 12+ years in enterprise or SaaS sales.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing GTM reps.
• Track record of quota achievement and revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for fintech verticals.
• Own P&L within a growing business unit.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing GTM team for net-new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Oversee full sales lifecycle from pipeline to closing and post-sales handoff.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management on campaigns.
