Job summary

Elyos AI in Austin is seeking an SDR to build and execute a world-class outbound sales engine, crafting compelling messaging and setting impactful sales meetings. You’ll actively contribute to the sales pipeline, ensuring scalable outbound processes and rapid growth.

You will lead outbound lead generation, running campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, and email. For the right candidate, this role will expand into a Junior Account Executive position, owning deals end to end.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as an SDR, running outbound campaigns to bring in new leads weekly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong process management skills with the ability to juggle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and find creative solutions to customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through outbound campaigns and pipeline management.
• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, and email to build the AE pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities to keep the pipeline strong.
• Support marketing and social media initiatives to drive growth as we scale.
