Job summary

Peerbound, Inc. is seeking a high-agency SDR to generate qualified pipeline for our founding AEs. This on-site role in NYC focuses on outbound prospecting across multiple channels and close collaboration with the Head of Marketing to sharpen messaging.

You should be fast, coachable, and highly competitive, with a track record of excellence and a clear path to AE in 12 months. You will help build an outbound motion that scales with our growing client base.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR/outbound role or demonstrated excellence in performance.
• Fast learner with ability to pick up new products, markets and buyer personas quickly.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of owning outcomes from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline for founding AEs through pure outbound activities.
• Sharpen messaging, positioning, and feedback loops with AEs and Marketing.
• Execute across multiple channels: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events; book meetings with the right buyers.
• Build and iterate the outbound playbook as the market expands.
