Job summary

Peerbound in New York City is seeking an outbound SDR to generate qualified pipeline for founding AEs. You’ll own multi-channel outreach, sharpen messaging with Marketing, and build repeatable playbooks to scale our sales motion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an SDR role or demonstrated track record of excellence.
• Fast learner with ability to quickly grasp a new product, market, and buyer persona.
• Strong written and verbal communication; resilient and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach across channels.
• Collaborate with AEs and Head of Marketing to refine messaging.
• Build and iterate the outbound playbook; test strategies and sequences.
• Book meetings with the right prospects and ensure attendance.
