Job summary

CyberForce Global is seeking a Founding Sales Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of a cybersecurity startup, shaping the early-stage sales motion from the ground up. You will combine deep security expertise with the startup mindset to demo, qualify, and accelerate customer engagements.

You will own POC design and delivery, run live demonstrations, and collaborate with R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvements, helping the team scale rapidly while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales in cybersecurity.
• Startup mindset with ability to build foundations from the ground up.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of simplifying complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical sales engine by supporting the wider sales team.
• Run live demos that engage customers and gather feedback.
• Communicate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Remove friction in the customer journey and build long-term relationships.
• Bridge clients and R&D; surface challenges to drive improvements.
• Own POC delivery, designing, executing, and closing technical evaluations.
