Job summary

VanishID, redefining digital executive protection, is partnering with hatch I.T. to find a Foundational Sales Engineer.

You will be the technical voice in every deal, shaping the SE playbook as the company scales and partnering with the VP of Managed Services & Pre-Sales Engineering. In this role you’ll conduct technical discovery, tailor demos for CISOs and security teams, handle RFP/RFI responses with AI-assisted workflows, and build collateral and eventual team processes to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in pre-sales (SE, Solutions Engineering/Architecture, or technical account management) in cybersecurity or adjacent space.
• Ability to hold the room with CISOs and translate for non-technical executives.
• You’re already using AI to build automations and accelerate go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery and product demos tailored to CISOs, security teams, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Security assessment questionnaires and RFP/RFI responses (AI-assisted workflow in place).
• Technical collateral: demo environments, battle cards, and solution briefs.
• The SE playbook itself — processes, tooling, and eventually the team.
