Clarasight is hiring our first Sales Engineer to own the technical side of our most important opportunities, turning ambiguous customer problems into clear, compelling solutions that convert prospects into believers. You’ll shape how we run demos, prove value, and scale the presales function.

In this role you’ll translate customer needs into data models and integrations, prototype lightweight solutions, and ensure what we sell is grounded in delivery capabilities, ultimately impacting revenue

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise deals as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar.
• Ability to prototype integrations and validate workflows.
• Comfort writing code to prototype integrations and validate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Win enterprise deals by partnering with Sales for technical discovery, solution design, demos, and strategy.
• Deliver high-impact demos and proofs of concept that show business value.
• Act as the technical voice in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Define and refine demo, value proofs, and technical validation approaches.
• Create repeatable assets and workflows to improve win rates.
• Establish the foundation of a scalable presales function.
• Translate customer needs into data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Prototype lightweight solutions where needed to demonstrate feasibility.
• Ensure offerings align with delivery capabilities.
