Job summary

Mintive is seeking our first sales engineer to own the technical sale from demo through POC to close. You will partner with AEs on every deal, lead technical discovery, design proofs of concept, and answer how our gateway deploys in customer environments.

You’ll also help get customers live and support post-signature when needed. You’ll be one of the strongest voices for customers inside Mintive, feeding product and engineering with real-world needs, and shaping the growth of the sales

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering roles or similar
• Experience selling complex technical products (infra, security, dev tools)
• Hands-on technical ability to build integrations and run POCs
• Ability to explain technical and business value to engineers and executives

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sale from discovery to close
• Lead technical discovery, run demos, design POCs
• Collaborate with AEs on deals and shape customer adoption
• Contribute to onboarding and playbooks for the sales engineering function
• Travel to meet customers; role is in-person
