Mintive is hiring for an engineer to own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure and agent-based systems. The role leans backend and infra, with the option to build UI when needed, and to fix connectors during security reviews.

You’ll work with Claude and Codex, writing code and guiding architecture with a strong emphasis on security. You will join a fast-moving, AI-native team in the San Francisco Bay Area, collaborating directly with founders and customers to shape product

• Shipping features to real users, internal tools or OSS projects.
• Strong fundamentals; quick learning and broad applicability.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from conception to production across gateway infrastructure.
• Work on backend and infra; contribute UI when needed and fix connectors during security reviews.
• Shape problems, make architecture/UX calls, and protect security-sensitive surfaces.
