Mintive in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring for an engineer who will own features end to end across gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments. You will work in a backend/infrastructure focused role but can contribute UI when needed, and you will collaborate with AI-native tools to move fast with the team.

You should have a strong track record shipping to real users, deep fundamentals, and a mindset that values product impact over pure technical purity.

Qualifications

• Shipping features end-to-end to real users.
• Strong fundamentals and fast learning.
• Care about product value and customer needs.
• Infrastructure mindset: blast radius, trust boundaries, security posture.
• Able to read unfamiliar code and reason from first principles.
• Comfortable across the stack (TypeScript, Python, CockroachDB) or quick to learn new languages.

Responsabilités

• Own features end-to-end across gateway, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems.
• Architect, product and UX decisions; harden enterprise paths.
• Collaborate with AI-native tooling (Claude/Codex) and agents for rapid delivery.
