Mintive is growing rapidly and building a revenue engine powered by AI agents and automated workflows. You will design and implement data foundations, build agents that perform critical sales and marketing tasks, and drive cross‑functional alignment across marketing, sales, finance, and partnerships.

You’ll work with senior leaders and accelerate go‑to‑market motions in a hybrid Bay Area setup. You will report to the Head of Revenue and shape decisions early.

Formación

• 4+ years in RevOps, sales ops, GTM engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience shipping real systems: agents or automations that reduce busywork.
• Comfort with AI agents and enterprise tools.

Responsabilidades

• Map workflows and automate the biggest ones; prioritize by revenue impact and hours saved.
• Build agents that perform work rather than describe it.
• Engineer a single source of truth across f nance, marketing, sales, and partners.
• Launch new motions with automation and instrumentation from day one.
• Turn signals into automated plays and assign owners with next steps.
