Mintive is hiring a growth marketer to lead demand for a technical B2B product that enables AI agents. You will own acquisition programs, map the funnel end-to-end, and run structured experiments across paid channels and ABM.

The role blends hands-on marketing tech with strategy, data, and messaging across platforms. In a fast-moving, early-stage environment, you’ll work closely with founders and a scaling sales team, building outbound motion, and using AI-assisted tools to scale output while

Qualifications

• 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs for a technical B2B product.
• Systems- and experiment-oriented with funnel mapping and instrumentation.
• Hands-on with marketing stack, CRM, and major paid channels.
• Experience with account-based, multi-channel outbound motion (email & LinkedIn) and AI-assisted systems.
• Ability to quickly understand a technical buyer across platform, IT, security, and AI.
• Fluent in pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC and payback metrics.
• Agent-native mindset using Claude and agents to scale output.
• Thrives in fast-moving early-stage environments.
