Job summary

Mintive is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from day one. You will coordinate interviews, keep candidates moving, and ensure a clean end-to-end process. You will also handle onboarding and HR operations that keep the team running, building documented workflows that replace tribal memory.

You may not have done all of it before; we will teach you the parts you are missing. This is a hybrid role in the Bay Area with strong AI-native tooling to streamline work.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a recruiting coordinator or similar.
• Owned a process, not just tickets and schedules.
• Passion for optimization and automation.
• High attention to detail and candidate experience.
• AI-native learner with fast onboarding.
• Willing to grow into people ops responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting coordination and scheduling across interviews.
• Lead onboarding so new hires are day-one ready.
• Manage HR operations and documented processes.
• Work in a hybrid Bay Area environment with the founders.
