GoShelby is seeking an operations professional to build the playbook for client onboarding, service delivery and support, partnering with corporate clients, licensed agents, and moving companies.

You will oversee the end-to-end relocation process for startup hires, drive early-stage sales outreach, and serve as the central nervous system that ensures clear communication and flawless execution across all teams.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, business development, or consulting.
• A get-it-done attitude with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and spreadsheets.
