• Experience delivering customer success outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and configure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Own end-to-end planning, timelines, and delivery for assigned accounts.
• Manage data migrations from legacy systems per requirements and success criteria.
• Configure the platform to fit customer workflows and needs.
• Act as main customer point of contact during implementation.
• Deliver training so users are confident and effective.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report bugs and feature requests.
• Identify risks, blockers, and scope changes; drive resolutions.
• Develop and improve implementation playbooks and processes.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post-go-live success and support teams.
