Job summary

Coverwatch in San Francisco is seeking a startup-minded producer to own sales end to end, from first conversation to bound policy. You will run discovery, advise clients, place coverage, and nurture relationships as we scale our AI-native platform.

You should have 2–3 years of producing experience, be able to close commercial deals, and sell through advisory. Founding-hire equity and P&C license support are part of the package; you’ll operate from our SF office.

Qualifications

• Two to three years producing for someone else; ready to run your own book.
• Commercial insurance experience or high-velocity sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to sell through advisory and help clients understand risk.

Responsibilities

• Own sales end to end from first conversation to bound policy.
• Run discovery, advise clients, place coverage, and nurture relationships.
• Build and manage a growing client book with advisory-based closing.
• Collaborate with the team to scale the AI-native platform.
