FurtherAI in San Francisco is seeking a founding Product Manager to own product and build the function from the ground up. You’ll define what we build, how we scope, and how we ship as the first PM alongside the founders.

Define the future of AI in insurance by shaping agent behavior, workflows, and human-in-the-loop decisions, turning real-world pain into clear product outcomes. This role requires strong product instincts, comfort with LLMs, and outstanding written communication as we move fast

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product at early-stage / high-growth companies.
• Track record shipping products that transform professional workflows.
• Technical enough to earn engineers' trust with agents and LLMs.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and turning AI into trusted products.
• Excellent written communication and strong discovery skills.
• Builder mentality with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Be our first product hire and define what product means at FurtherAI.
• Own product direction with the founders and translate vision into a plan.
• Define the future of AI in insurance and decide agent behaviors and tools.
• Go deep on how insurance actually works with brokers, underwriters, carriers.
• Keep us building the right thing, fast with high-impact work ahead.
• Set the bar for quality and taste across everything we ship.
