Prosper AI in New York City is seeking a results-driven Recruiter for our Go-To-Market team. You will own full-cycle hiring for sales, customer success and revenue operations, from kickoff to offer, building pipelines and partnering with GTM leaders.

You'll report to Head of People and collaborate with our founders and Barcelona team. This in-person role requires strong sourcing, rapid assessment and a data-driven approach to hire top talent in a fast-growing startup.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with emphasis on sales and go-to-market roles in a fast-growing tech startup.
• Ability to assess sales talent: quota attainment, deal sizes, sales cycles.
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to reach passive candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Own GTM searches end-to-end: kickoff, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Hire across sales, customer success and revenue operations.
• Build pipelines of top performers through proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to define role requirements and assessment methods.
• Close candidates with clear comp rationale (base, variable, equity).
• Provide fast, respectful interview processes and coordinate scheduling with Workplace & Culture.
• Maintain ATS data and report pipeline, time-to-hire and conversion.
