Job summary

fal is building the next generation of AI infrastructure and is expanding its GTM talent across roles from SDRs to senior leaders. You will own end-to-end recruiting, shaping processes and interview loops that predict performance, while partnering with GTM leadership to forecast headcount and compensation strategies.

This builder's role emphasizes designing scalable processes and a strong point of view on who to hire, not just speed, with a focus on diverse pipelines and fair practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring GTM in high-growth technical companies.
• Ability to discuss how a technical product is sold, not just keyword matching resumes.
• Experience building recruiting processes and metrics from a thin starting point.
• Familiar with a modern stack and where automation adds value.
• Experience hiring across levels from SDR to VP-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle search for GTM roles from AEs to senior leadership, with speed and high hit rate.
• Source proactively for a market where top candidates don’t apply conventionally.
• Build recruiting operating system: pipeline health metrics, funnel diagnostics, forecasting, scorecards.
• Design interview loops that predict performance for GTM hires with technical fluency.
• Partner with GTM leadership on headcount planning, leveling, and comp positioning.
• Build diverse pipelines and maintain fair, scalable processes.
• Create a fast, clear candidate experience with low friction.
• Establish fal as a destination for GTM talent in AI infrastructure.
