Job summary

fal is building the generative media ecosystem, and this role leads full-cycle recruitment across GTM, technical sales, revenue operations, partnerships, and marketing. You’ll design repeatable hiring systems, influence headcount planning, and shape compensation positioning while partnering with GTM leadership.

This builder role emphasizes proactive sourcing, interview design, and fair processes to scale with company growth in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical companies (infra, developer tools, API/PLG, or AI).
• Ability to screen for technical product capability and translate business needs into role requirements.
• Experience building recruiting processes and metrics from a lean starting point.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle search for GTM roles from AEs to senior leadership with speed and high accuracy.
• Source proactively in a market where top candidates don’t apply; target engineers and developers who sell technical infrastructure.
• Design interview loops that predict performance and assess technical fluency for GTM hires.
• Partner with GTM leadership on headcount planning, leveling, and compensation positioning.
• Build diverse pipelines and maintain fair, scalable processes.
• Ensure a fast and friction-free candidate experience that aligns with the product.
• Make fal a destination for GTM talent in AI infrastructure.
