Together AI is hiring a Recruiting Sourcer to build and own the top of the funnel for business-side hiring across GTM, Infrastructure Strategy, and G&A. You will work with senior recruiting partners and business leaders to fill critical searches, then cultivate a warm pipeline of talent and a scalable sourcing playbook.

Your focus will be on clearing searches, engaging passive candidates, and crafting authentic outreach that reflects Together AI's story.

Competenze

• 5+ years of sourcing experience with strong results on hard-to-fill roles.
• Track record sourcing senior passive talent across multiple functions.
• Craft personalized outreach that resonates with candidates.
• Experience in startup or hyper-growth environments.
• Experience building sourcing systems and data-driven decisions.

• Source, engage, and nurture passive candidates across GTM, Infra, and G&A.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate roles and candidate profiles.
• Write personalized outreach conveying Together AI's story.
• Build pipelines for current and future roles, proactively.
• Maintain relationships with top-tier talent and track metrics.
• Develop repeatable sourcing systems and a scale playbook.
