Clera is hiring a Founding GTM Lead in San Francisco to build the initial go-to-market motion alongside the founders. You will engage with engineering leaders at scaleups and enterprises, turning inbound interest into paying customers and shaping the product feedback loop with engineering and product teams.

You will own the GTM process from first contact to signed agreements, develop repeatable playbooks, and help scale the function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in customer-facing go-to-market work, with a background in software development or technical product management.
