Job summary

Rovi Health, a growing AI-powered care concierge, seeks a Founding GTM Engineer in New York to design, build, and operate the outbound engine, automating top-of-funnel workflows, LinkedIn management, and email campaigns. You will work to create a highly leveraged system and reduce manual hiring later.

You will close high-six-figure deals with CFOs, CHROs, and CEOs, navigating complex enterprise motions while shaping the GTM culture as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Extremely comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Executive presence to navigate enterprise sales motions and speak CFO/CEO language.
• Builder DNA with ownership and ambiguity, willing to lay the foundation for future teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate the outbound engine including prospecting workflows, LinkedIn management, and email/calling campaigns.
• Navigate complex deals ($100K–$1M ACV) with C-suite executives and aggregators.
• Lead the first 90 days in system building, qualification, and operational support; drive mid-funnel management.
• Scale the department and shape GTM culture for future hires.
