Job summary

Bluefyn, based in New York, is hiring its first dedicated GTM builder to own end-to-end go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with founder-led sales and use AI agents to create internal tools, automations, and data pipelines that scale with the company.

This hands-on role defines the GTM function, hires the team as needed, and remains close to the market while leading the transformation as Bluefyn grows. You will shape messaging, experiment channels, and build credible revenue engines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on GTM experience in fintech, payments, or B2B software sold to finance buyers.
• Excellent written communication; outbound copy, positioning docs, and proposals are clear and specific.
• Builder-level tooling fluency; hands-on with APIs, data, automation platforms, and CRMs.
• An AI-native working style; you run coding agents and understand orchestration and guardrails.
• Practical fintech understanding: transaction lifecycles, pricing, FX, and billing concepts.
• High ownership and startup range; you own the pipeline and CRM in a fast-moving stealth startup.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation: define ICP, build target accounts, research buyers, and run outbound across channels.
• Build the GTM machine with AI: create internal tools, enrichment pipelines, and dashboards.
• Own positioning and messaging: translate complex financial concepts into clear language; test and iterate.
• Support founder-led sales: prepare discovery notes, drive follow-ups, build proposals, and coordinate pilots.
• Create content for payments and finance audiences: teardowns, benchmarks, explainers, and simple tools.
• Build revenue operations from scratch: set up CRM, define stages, data model, and pipeline reporting.
• Be the voice of the market: run discovery, capture objections, and feed product decisions.
• Build the future function: establish playbooks in tools, define operating rhythm, hire and lead the GTM team.
