Freedom is building the AI-native payroll and benefits platform for startups and small businesses. We’re hiring our first GTM-focused marketer to own the function from day one and shape growth with mentorship from industry experts.

You’ll craft demand generation, content, and lifecycle programs for founders and SMB owners, testing channels and scaling winners to drive customer activation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience across content, growth, demand gen, or product marketing.
• Experience in high-growth technology startups preferred.
• Ability to own the GTM function from day one.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Metrics-driven with a track record of shipping with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing: demand generation, inbound, outbound, and lifecycle.
• Build content that speaks to founders and SMB owners—landing pages, case studies, product launches, lifecycle emails.
• Identify and test channels (SEO/AEO, communities, partnerships, referrals, paid ads) and double down on winners.
