Spectrum Search is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup serving dental practices to find a founding growth hire. You will work directly with the founder to scale the business toward $10M ARR by building the growth engine from the ground up and learning to close alongside the founder.

This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career seller seeking a founder-led sales track, owning key growth initiatives, and driving rapid customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience as SDR or junior AE at a tech startup.
• Experience building pipeline through cold calling and inbound leads.
• B2B SaaS startup experience, ideally YC-backed.

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound sales calls, learning to close alongside the founder.
• Build growth channels: outbound campaigns, partnerships, repeatable acquisition systems.
• Move fast using AI tools to automate workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Attend conferences, travel, build relationships to win customers.
• Own outcomes and pursue high-leverage opportunities without awaiting direction.
• Expand into broader growth areas as the business scales.
