Qualifications

• 2 - 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth/marketing at a venture-backed startup (Seed+).
• Founding Growth/Founders welcome.

Responsibilities

• Owning top-of-funnel MQL generation — content, paid acquisition, SEO, and organic social to drive qualified traffic to the site
• Building and managing content engines and distribution loops across founder-led social, events, partnerships, and outbound
• Running growth experiments with a quantitative, measured approach — A/B testing messaging, channels, and campaigns tied to pipeline outcomes
• Writing core marketing assets yourself: homepage copy, landing pages, case studies, launch posts, and outbound angles
• Coordinating with existing design teams and agencies while bringing a high bar for polish and design taste to all external-facing work
