Job summary

OpenVenture is hiring a hands‑on growth leader to own consumer growth from first touch through signed engagement and first payment. You will work directly with the founders, testing ideas, building channels, and scaling what works.

We have an existing community and distribution relationships to leverage, turning assets into a repeatable acquisition system while expanding to new audiences and services across immigration, employment, business, and other legal needs.

Qualifications

• Proven growth track record for consumer-focused businesses.
• Built and scaled at least one repeatable acquisition channel.
• Managed acquisition budgets using CAC, conversion, and payback.
• Experience building attribution, CRM follow-up, and funnel reporting.
• Executed experiments and pivoted quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer growth from first touch through signed engagement and payment.
• Identify strongest acquisition channels across communities, partnerships, referrals, search, and paid media.
• Build workshops, guides, tools, and community programs to educate and convert.
• Develop partnerships with associations, employers, and other audiences.
• Improve landing pages, qualification, bookings, and payments; collaborate with intake and legal teams.
• Track cost per channel and connect spending to revenue and payback.
• Expand beyond initial sector with new audiences and offers.
• Write copy, launch campaigns, set up tracking, negotiate partnerships, and run experiments.
