Job summary

Nace AI, a Palo Alto-based AI company redefining how professional services are served, is hiring its first dedicated marketing hire to own the full growth surface—from paid acquisition to organic channels, lifecycle, and product-led growth.

You will build a world-class acquisition engine targeting high-value professionals and collaborate with a strong technical team, with direct access to founders to move fast and shape our growth roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Performance Marketing with B2B or SaaS.
• Experience leading teams or agencies and driving growth.
• Owned multiple growth levers and prioritized by data.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Familiar with AI-native marketing and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own paid and performance marketing strategy across Search, Social, and newsletters.
• Manage substantial budgets with focus on unit economics (LTV:CAC & payback).
• Partner with Engineering to build attribution and data-forward culture.
• Own SEO strategy and content for sustainable organic growth.
• Support PLG motions with trials, freemium, and in-product referrals.
• Lead a small team of growth marketers and creatives.
