OpenVenture builds and scales technology-driven businesses. One of our portfolio companies is building an AI-native platform that helps attorneys launch, operate, and grow their own law firms.

You’ll own the entire process—from identifying attorneys, reaching out, converting them, onboarding them, and improving the product and website based on what you learn. This is not a traditional sales or marketing role; you should be someone who can figure things out and move fast.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups is a plus.
• You’re relentless, resourceful, and able to execute with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to translate feedback into action.

Responsibilities

• Recruit attorneys: Find lawyers who recently launched their own firms or are preparing to go independent.
• Own outbound: Cold email, call, DM, follow up, and build outreach campaigns.
• Convert and onboard: Run demos, build relationships, close deals, and onboard attorneys onto the platform.
• Shape the product: Talk to attorneys, identify pain points, and work with engineering to improve the platform.
• Experiment relentlessly: Test new acquisition channels and growth strategies at scale.
• Build a growth engine: Create repeatable processes to onboard thousands of attorneys.
