Job summary

Arceus in San Francisco is seeking a Founding Growth to build the growth engine for an AI-native law firm. You will run programs that reach the right buyers, test channels, and turn wins into repeatable systems, with equity and high ownership.

This in-person role reports to the CEO and demands a high-ambition, creator mindset, relentless execution, and the ability to move fast in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• You have 2–5 years of work experience in startup, growth, or founder environments.
• You think like an entrepreneur and operate with ownership and urgency.
• You can run events, launches, or growth programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute events and conferences end to end, including logistics and follow-up.
• Run growth experiments across conferences, launches, and new channels.
• Drive product and feature launches from planning through execution.
• Build partnerships with investors, accelerators, and founder communities.
• Own the operational stack behind growth: CRM, sequencing, tracking, and automation.
• Develop playbooks to scale successful growth activities.
