Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the demand engine from the ground up. This hands-on role requires creating pipeline, building systems, sharpening messaging, and turning early traction into a repeatable growth motion.

You will own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM dashboards. Work with the CEO in a fast-paced, in-office hybrid setup in NYC or SF.

Responsibilities

• Own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems.
• Build outbound stack, define ICP/account targeting, write and test messaging, optimize conversion, and create dashboards to measure what works.
• Work directly with the CEO to move fast and define the GTM playbook before a team scales around you.
