Job summary

Jobot seeks a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to design and implement the initial go-to-market framework from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that will shape the company’s growth engine and strategic GTM playbook.

In this position you will own demand creation across outbound, content, partnerships, and founder/community distribution, working directly with the CEO and founding team in a hybrid in-office setting in San Francisco or New York City.

• Experience building growth engines from zero

Responsibilities

• Build the company’s demand engine from the ground up.
• Own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems.
• Define ICP, messaging, optimize conversion, and create dashboards to measure performance.
