Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the company’s demand engine from the ground up. This hands-on role requires creating pipeline, building systems, sharpening messaging, and turning early traction into a repeatable growth motion.

You will own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems. Work directly with the CEO and founding team with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth from zero.
• Own the full GTM stack from scratch.
• Comfort working directly with the CEO and founding team.

Responsibilities

• Own demand creation across outbound, content, partnerships, referrals, and GTM systems.
• Build outbound stack, define ICP, test messaging, optimize conversion.
• Create dashboards to measure what is working.
• Move fast and build the playbook before the team scales.
