Lightfield is hiring a founding member of the Growth & Delivery team to activate customers, build their memory on the platform, and drive pipeline generation with AI-powered agents. You will work directly with founders and their teams to guide GTM engagements, craft playbooks, and scale customer success across multiple campaigns.

You are a systems thinker with high agency, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and turning learnings into repeatable processes for the team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, or go-to-market and operating roles.
• Strong generalist who can own delivery, growth and customer-facing work.
• Trusted advisor to founders and GTM leaders with data-backed views.

• Deliver pipeline generation across a portfolio of customers from outreach to booked meetings.
