Job summary

Identity Digital Innovation Labs (IDIL) is seeking a founding commercial leader to build our Financial Services practice. This role combines strategic enterprise selling with category creation to help banks, fintechs and payment platforms adopt trusted AI agent identity.

Approximately 80% of the role focuses on new business within the fintech ecosystem, including target account strategy, executive relationships and complex sales cycles, with the remaining 20% dedicated to long-term category

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or strategic business development.
Proven track record building executive relationships and closing strategic enterprise agreements.
Experience selling into fintech, payments or financial services ecosystems.
Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes with security and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
Identify target accounts and shape account strategy within the fintech ecosystem.
Recruit and close strategic design partners and industry references.
Collaborate with product marketing and solutions engineering to tailor value propositions.
