Job summary

Interfere is building the self-healing layer of the internet. We are hiring our Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) in New York City to own outbound from day one, shape how we generate pipeline, and scale a function that can grow beyond one person.

You’ll research accounts, prospect, write outreach, follow up, and book meetings with significant autonomy. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to advance as Interfere grows.

Qualifications

• Must have experience generating qualified pipeline.
• Strong outbound sales mindset with track record of results.
• Comfort with writing outreach and multi-channel campaigns.
• Able to learn product quickly and communicate with engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline by researching accounts and building target lists.
• Write outreach and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and social channels.
• Develop outbound sequences, workflows, and reporting to scale the function.
• Understand customer problems and tailor outreach to CTOs and engineering leaders.
